I create the bear from the inside out, so in the first stages they don't look very cute at all.  If a customer sees the bear at the first state, they are amazed at the final result."

All of Michael's designs are custom made to order and some take around a month and a half to make.  The standard sizes for the Papa Bear (shown standing) is 5'4" tall. 
The Momma bear (shown laying) is 4'3" long and the cub (shown standing)  is 36" tall.
